The Community Marketplace Opens Its Doors

The headline feature of this release is the brand new Community Marketplace, a dedicated space where creators can share their work with the broader DBus World community.

This platform represents a significant shift in how content flows through our ecosystem. Instead of relying solely on scattered distribution methods, the Marketplace provides a centralized hub where players can discover, download, and enjoy community created content with ease.

For now, the Marketplace focuses exclusively on bus lines, giving route creators a dedicated space to showcase their work. Whether you're looking for meticulously crafted city routes, scenic cross country journeys, or creative line designs, the Marketplace is designed to connect creators with players in a way that benefits everyone.

Line Creator Beta Gets a Major Boost

The Line Creator continues to evolve, and version 2.10.4 brings highly requested functionality that expands what's possible for route designers.

We've added full support for city.xml and times.xml files within the Line Creator Beta.

On top of that, we've squashed several persistent bugs that were limiting the tool's potential:

• Predefined maps no longer display incorrectly as Map: stops
• Maps with more than 10 lines now render properly without glitching
• Export failures for stops.xml have been resolved
• Saved data loading issues are a thing of the past

These fixes make the Line Creator more reliable and efficient, allowing you to focus on building great content instead of wrestling with technical hiccups.

Policy Updates and Platform Refinements

With the introduction of the Marketplace and expanded API usage, we've established clear API Rules to ensure fair and responsible use of our systems.

We've also replaced the old Content Changes page with a new Policy Changes section, giving you a clearer view of how our guidelines evolve over time.

Under the Hood Improvements

Beyond the major features, this update addresses several quality of life issues across the platform:

• The outdated company mods page has been removed
• Error 500 in company settings is now fixed
• Changed support tickets to use a more secure creation system
• Data exports properly send download links via email
• Privacy Policy acceptance prompts no longer appear incorrectly
• Account deletion now works as intended
