先锋运输共同体，简称PTC。PTC是一个打破中国传统车队管理模式的运输共同体！针对共同体的管理，我们不再仅仅建设围绕着以车队队长为核心的小规模管理团队，我们将采取对共同体管理员和共同体成员更有激励性质的多级别议会制度！针对共同体的最高决策集团，我们将建立由先锋议会议员固定组成和高级执行者议会议员流动组成的先锋议会。针对共同体的中层管理集团，我们将建立下辖各管理部门的执行者议会。针对共同体的普通成员，我们将定期举办由共同体全体成员参加的共同体议会，来让他们表达自己的游戏诉求，以及对共同体的建议和期待。总之，PTC不再有车队队长这种带有独裁色彩的职位，我们要让每一个成员都成为共同体的主人！ Pioneer Transportation Community, or PTC for short, is a transportation community that breaks the mold of traditional fleet management in China! For the management of the community, we will no longer just build a small management team around the fleet captain as the core, we will adopt a multi-level parliamentary system with more incentive for community administrators and community members! For the top decision-making group of the Community, we will build a vanguard council composed of fixed members of the vanguard council and mobile members of the senior executive council. For the middle management group of the Community, we will establish a council of executors for each management department.
